music reflection 1 june 2012
friday is study day , we don't have any music class . we don't go to school . it's the time for us to study for our exam on monday . we'll see mr john again on the exam , but then maybe not , because i want to try to practice at school with my group members. same like theory class there is no instrument class regarding student study day . so i just stay at home and learn .

today we practice again our composition in groups again like last meeting we need to practice for our assessment in exam week . i think we need to practice during the exam week , because we still can't organize the tempo together . we don't have instrument class again and we play our composition in the music room .

today as usual we practice again our composition for the performance on the exam week . but now we are separated into our own classes in groups . our supervisor is mr john and i think we still need more practice to improve our skill . i don't have any instrument class again but still we have supervisor for our own group

today i practice our composition , we've been submitting our composition last session we also need to be united as a group to play the composition nicely. so far our group isn't that united because we somehow miss the tempo . we don't have instrument class again because in each group there are different people from different instrument .

today is the submission date for the composition in the finale and i submit it today . i think i really did well . the teacher give us feedback .. to add more feel to the song . we don't have instrument class because the time is taken for doing our composition booklet and also reflection for it .

we continue our composition with our group until we finish it , because we need to submit our soft copy and hard copy next week . luckily i'm almost done with all of the composition , so i think i did well with it . in instrument class also like last week , it's been replaced with the theory class , because we need to discuss the task with other instruments people .

today i don't have music class , because today we go to field trip to battery company . the time taken to go to the battery company takes the whole day , and music is on the first session of the day . so we also don;t have any instrument because the instrument class is also taken to go field trip to the batery company

today i make my composition until 16 bars . i already have the copy for the piano part . i think i like the song and the process to create this song is improving more and more . i hope i could finish it by next week , so mr john could check it . Today we don't have any instrument class , because creating the composition takes more time that we have in theory class .

Today i finish my composition up to 8 bars . Mr john check it and i still to create and put the counter melody . I also need to modify it to get the mood i want for the composition . Next i'll ask my group mates to help me making the counter melody and also for the guitar part .
Today we also don't have instrument class because instrument class is combined with theory class so we could make the composition with our group mates , one of my group mates was absent so , i can't create the guitar part for him. I think i did well because i can finish my composition ... And next i'll finish it up to 16 bars

music reflection 27 april 2012
today mr john was absent because he went on a field trip with the grade 7 students to waterboom . mr herry replace him and teach me more about the composition , we need to came up with 4 bars first . i think i already did four bars , but i'm not done with the counter melody . i think my group is leaving behind than other groups , so next time i will start making it into 8 bars melody , if possible i'll put the counter melody as well .

today i was absent for music class , because i take the ujian nasional exam . i skip the first until the fourth session and music is on the first and the second session , so we couldn't join music class . after music class , in math class steven said that he and bryan is my group for music. i was pretty shock at first , but then i chilled . i think i didn't do anything this day for music . next maybe i'll create something with my groupmates .

today i have my assessment , i just found out that we can sing by groups for the singing , i sing with blanka and bryan . i think i did well on my assessment because we could see the screen and the lyrics , so if we forgot the rap , we still can look through the projector . i think that day i'm pretty sure we don't have any instrument class because it takes long time to practice and take the assessment , so the instrument class is change into the theory class for that session . next , maybe i'm going to start on my composition and my arrangements .

today i practice for the assessment coming up we also learn how to create our own composition . it's basically according to the chord and the scale you choose and you can create a song out of it . in instrument class , i'm not sure we have instrument class or not on that day , but if we have i think mr . herry is teaching us the variety of chords in piano to make our composition sound nicely . i think i did well today because i know what the teachers are explaining , and also i think i need still need to practice on the rap for the singing . Next i'm going to prepare myself for the assessment this friday for the singing , including the rap .

today we continue what we learn last time in music class . in theory we start practicing again the song that we are going to sing . in instrument class we continue the open and close position in different type of scale like the d, e , f , and a . i think i did better than last monday . but so far for the singing i just need to memorize more of the song . next i'll practice more for more variety scale and also for the singing .

today in theory class i learn singing a new pop song called "price tag" . we do some breathing exercise and humming like always with mr. hary wisnu to make our voice better . in instrument class me and my friend verena learn the open and close position , the close position is easier than the open position because the open position have many variety of finger movement than close position . i think i did well on the theory and the instrument class . i just need to practice more on my singing and the positions . Next , i'll practice my fingers for the open and close position and also , try to memorize the song .

Today we learn again the song for the orchestras and mr john gave us another new song. It's called minuett . I think the song is pretty good , but it's hard to play . Next we'll going to practice more on the salute d'amour and also the minuett . I also need to find time to practice both of the songs so i could play a good song .

Today is our time to present our presentation. We got second right after ronaldo , hashfi , verena , and yohanes . When we wanna open the file , it can't because we use the newest software for microsoft powerpoint . Mr john make our turn becamong this upcoming friday . Today mr john gave us back our quiz and i get a good score. Mr john also gave us the music sheet for us to play as a group or orchestras chambers . The song called Salute D'amour . The song is really cathchy . I started to learnthat song inside instrument class . I think i need practice to make it even better .

Today we have our quiz and assesment about the music notation about major , minor , and other things that we've been learn in this whole month since january . I think i did well on the assesment because , i can answer almost all of the question. I hope i did a good job and het a good score in my assesment . Today in music class we just discuss the chords again , we discuss it because there is an upcoming quiz coming . Mr . John discuss it together and ask us to revise with him and ask questions before the quiz . I think i did well because i understand all what he's talking about and i can answer the right question when mr john ask me to go infront of the class and answer his questions .

Today in music class we discuss for the people who want to have field trip abroad . Since the art and the drama students are going to singapore for their field trip . Some of the students recommend going to austria , germany , or other places in europe . It's not final yet , then we learn again the chords in instrument class. I made a pregress but i atill need a lot of practice for my fingers to play it fluently

In music class we learn more about the chords and discuss more what is it all about . In instrument class i learn the chords again , this timeit is the terts chords . I think i did a good job , but i meed to practice more on the chords because my finger isn't that fluent to play the song. Today is a new day for term 3 . We need to adjust our new time table and i think i can adjust to it. We were given a task to memorize the song that is called indonesia. It is a pretty good song . Next i'll try to memorize the song because there will be singing assesment soon .
